TEMP ASSIGNMENT ASAP START WTH POTENTIAL FOR PERM

MON, TUES, FRI 8.30AM – 5PM

Located in Bella Vista is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to assist in a specialist practice.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Practice Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Taking all inbound calls regarding appointments, rescheduling and relevant queries
- Managing appointments and schedules for the Specialists
- Coordinating all patient paperwork – ensuring everything is entered accurately through Clinic to Cloud software (training can be provided)

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:





- Previous experience within a similar role where you are accustomed to working within a busy clinic – you are the kind of person that can juggle multiple things at once
- A great personality – you will be the first impression so it’s essential you’re warm, friendly and genuinely enjoy dealing with people
- Strong admin skills – you have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work between the hours of 8.30am-5pm (possibly 5.30pm if delayed) Monday, Tuesday and Friday and start asap
