Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology in Sydney’s Macquarie Park seeks an experienced bioinformatician to join the Molecular Genetics department. You will support, monitor and maintain genomic analysis pipelines and related systems, and collaborate with bioinformatics, clinical and IT teams.

Required: tertiary studies in bioinformatics or related discipline; experience in clinical diagnostics; Python/R, Linux, and shell scripting; workforce handling of genomic formats; Git; robust communication.
