Austec supplies piping systems to the plumbing industry. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our small team, splitting their time approximately 50:50 between warehouse work and Sydney Metro deliveries.
You don’t need previous warehouse experience. You do need to be comfortable reading order details, checking codes and quantities, communicating clearly and working through everyday problems.
What's the Job?
- Picking, packing, and double-checking orders
- Receiving deliveries and keeping stock organised
- Helping customers in person and over the phone
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and safe
This is an active role with a steady workload. You’ll work alongside the warehouse team and independently on the road.
We’ll teach you our products and processes. As you learn, you’ll progressively take responsibility for completing familiar tasks accurately and on time, with less supervision.

- Read instructions carefully and check details rather than guess
- Ask questions when unsure and apply what you’ve learned
- Notice discrepancies, communicate problems and take responsibility for mistakes
- Keep familiar tasks moving without repeated reminders and check priorities when needed
- Treat customers and teammates with respect
- Full, C-class driver's licence and clean driving record
- Australian working rights
No formal qualifications or experience are required. Warehouse or delivery experience is welcome, but practical ability, care and consistent effort matter more.

What you’ll get
- $65,000-$70,000 per year + superannuation
- Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm
- No weekend work
- Training and support to learn the role
