About the Role:

We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Officer to join our team within the Service & Warranty department.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining client contact and providing timely responses/updates to all inquiries
- Providing administration support and scheduling of inspections for the Service & Warranty Supervisors and Inspectors
- Ensuring procedures and checklists are established and maintained
- Ensuring work is processed through workflow




- Appropriate electronic and hard copy filing for all job files
- Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times

To be considered, you should possess:

- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in the Construction Industry combined with the ability to meet customer satisfaction levels
- Be confident in your approach to handling difficult queries, a busy workload and demanding deadlines
- Exceptional time management skills & highly organised
- Excellent communication skills, data entry efficiency and a customer and quality focus.
