Maven by Morgan is a modern dining room on Brunswick Street in Fitzroy, serving a shared plates menu alongside a full cocktail and wine list, with two private dining rooms running functions most weeks. We're looking for casual food and drink runners to join the floor team.

You'll be running plates from the pass and drinks from the bar to the right table and seat, clearing and resetting tables, keeping glassware and water topped up, and supporting the section waiters so service flows on a full book. Some shifts will be à la carte in the main dining room, others will be private dining and functions, where you'll help run courses to a pre-order docket. Full training is provided on the menu, table numbering and our service standards.





We're after people who are quick on their feet, attentive to detail and warm with guests. Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not essential. RSA is required, or you'll need to obtain it before your first shift. Shifts are adaptable across evening service, with availability discussed at interview, and there's scope to move into a section waiter role as you grow with us.

This is a casual position paid at Restaurant Industry Award casual rates, including casual loading.
