Buon Appetit is a family-owned Italian food business known for our delicious food, quality ingredients and friendly customer service.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our food truck team at our Leppington location.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving both customer service and food preparation. We're looking for team members who enjoy working with food, interacting with customers and being part of a friendly, supportive team.

Your Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, efficient service.
- Taking customer orders and processing cash and EFTPOS payments.
- Preparing, assembling and serving meals according to our recipes and standards.
- Operating food preparation and cooking equipment safely.
- Ensuring meals are prepared accurately, consistently and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic working environment.
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Restocking ingredients, packaging and other supplies.
- Assisting with opening, closing and general cleaning duties.
- Working closely with other team members during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality, takeaway food, fast food or customer service is highly regarded.
- A friendly,



positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Confidence handling food and preparing meals.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.

- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.

Previous food service experience is preferred, but we're happy to consider applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn. What We Offer
