About the role

This position is customer-facing and plays a key role in delivering a positive experience to every customer who walks through our doors. You will be serving customers at the front counter, handling garment intake and collection, processing transactions and managing orders, answering customer enquiries in person and by phone, and maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area.

- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
