Room19 is coming to Sydney! We're looking for friendly, passionate and reliable Front of House team members to join us as we prepare to open our new cafe in Surry Hills.
As part of our very first Sydney team, you'll help us create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver an exceptional café experience from day one.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or hospitality environment
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- A warm, friendly personality and a genuine passion for customer service
- Patient, attentive and respectful when interacting with customers
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods
- Reliable, punctual and a great team player
- Availability to work weekends is highly regarded
Position Details:
- Location: 479 Crown St, Surry Hills,
Sydney
- Position: Part time / Casual
- Hours: Approximately 20–35 hours per week
- Start: Early November 2026
- Pay: Based on experience and applicable award rates
