At Pasticceria Papa, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Gelato Maker to join our team in Five Dock!

If you love working with quality ingredients, creating delicious flavours and turning great ideas into irresistible desserts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is more than just making gelato! You’ll be creating products enjoyed by our retail customers and wholesale partners, from delicious gelato flavours to indulgent gelato cakes and silky-smooth semifreddo.

What You'll Be Doing

- Producing high-quality gelato for our retail stores and wholesale customers.
- Preparing beautiful gelato cakes, semifreddo and other frozen desserts.
- Maintaining excellent product quality, consistency and presentation.
- Assisting with new flavour ideas and product development.
- Managing daily production to meet orders and deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe production environment.
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in gelato making, ice cream production or a similar dessert production role.
- A genuine passion for quality ingredients and exceptional desserts.




- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage production schedules.
- A positive, reliable and hands-on attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: $26.44 – $49.00 per hour
