CatholicCare NT Wadeye seeks a dedicated Team Leader to oversee a small team delivering core community services in Wadeye. You will mentor staff, support direct client work, and drive program quality within the Children and Parenting, AOD Counselling, and Men’s Behaviour Change streams.

The role requires a relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Men's Family Violence, a minimum of five years in practice and leadership, and solid cultural competency.
