Latrobe City Council in Morwell is seeking a Senior Rates Services Officer to manage complex rating matters, provide specialist advice, and improve processes for ratepayers and stakeholders.

This permanent, full time role (38 hours per week) offers a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days in the office, enabling collaboration and team connection. You will work across complex rating matters, supporting colleagues and shaping improvements in the Rates service.
