Port Melbourne-based Tier 3 builder is seeking a hands-on Contract Administrator to lead subcontractor packages, progress claims, and cash flow forecasting on Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects up to $10M.

You’ll own contracts from letting to vetting, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, and drive outcomes with an experienced team. CA with 2+ years of commercial/industrial Main Contractor experience is essential, with Jobpac experience preferred.
