Social Media Content Creator & Strategist

You'll own the content process from idea to filming, editing and publishing. Your focus will be growing reach, building an engaged community and creating content with genuine viral potential across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager while taking ownership of our organic social media strategy and day-to-day content creation.

Key responsibilities

- Develop an organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns and brand priorities
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social content
- Create a mix of transformations, styling tutorials, product education, behind-the-scenes moments and customer stories
- Identify relevant trends, sounds and formats, and adapt them to suit Milk & Honey
- Write strong hooks, captions and calls to action that encourage conversation and sharing
- Help our team and customers feel comfortable and natural on camera, respecting customer consent and privacy
- Build community through comments, conversations and audience interaction,



coordinating customer service enquiries with our team
- Track performance and use insights to improve reach, engagement, follower growth and website visits

About you

- Experience creating social content for a brand or growing your own engaged audience
- A portfolio of short-form videos that shows your filming, editing and storytelling skills
- A robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including how content should differ across each platform
- Confidence using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar
- The ability to balance trend-driven content with a consistent brand voice
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage content from concept through to publishing
- A thoughtful, sensitive approach to sharing stories about hair loss and confidence
- Being able to confidently direct and capture others is essential
