Working alongside Hardis, our established Australian cabinetry, joinery and commercial fitout business, we provide customised kitchen and interior solutions across Sydney.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Sales & Product Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role focused on kitchen product configuration, quotation preparation and customer coordination, rather than proactive sales or designing kitchens from scratch.

It is an excellent prospect for someone with a foundation in kitchens, cabinetry or joinery who is eager to develop specialist product knowledge and grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with kitchen product selection, configuration and quotation preparation based on existing layouts and drawings.
- Learn and use Metron software to configure Arredo3 kitchen products and prepare quotations.
- Review kitchen drawings, measurements and specifications, make basic amendments and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations using approved pricing, follow up with clients and assist with order coordination.
- Support daily office operations,



product documentation and general project administration.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

- Practical understanding of kitchen cabinetry, cabinet dimensions, materials and product specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret basic kitchen floor plans and elevations.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and PDF documents.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in kitchens, cabinetry, joinery, kitchen sales support or a related industry.
- Experience with kitchen design, CAD or quotation software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cabinet Vision, CabMaster or similar.
- Experience in customer service, quotation preparation or order coordination.
- Previous Metron experience is not required. Training in Arredo3 products and Metron software will be provided.
