icare provides insurance and care to NSW communities. We are seeking a Client Advisor in CTP Care to manage treatment and care claims, supporting recovery goals and coordinating services.

You will review information, identify intervention needs and make decisions on reasonable care in a legislated framework. You will work with clients, health professionals, insurers and internal specialists, communicating clearly and empathetically, including in difficult conversations.
