Omega Medical in regional Victoria is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver hospital-based clinical pharmacy services across inpatient, outpatient and dispensary settings, working with a supportive team approximately three hours from Melbourne.

You will conduct medication reviews, provide counselling, participate in ward rounds and contribute to medication safety initiatives, with opportunities for training and career development.
