Stemstar Box Hill is a STEM training school in Box Hill, we are looking for expanding in Glen Waverley.

We are looking for candidates of following job description:

Deliver captivating STEM-based lessons and workshops to students, fostering their interest and understanding in these crucial fields

Tailor lesson plans and teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs and abilities of each student

Familiar with Python , Scratch or relevant coding language with handson hardware experience.

Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel supported and encouraged

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest STEM teaching practices and technologies

What we're looking for

- Relevant teaching or tutoring experience in a STEM-related subject, with a passion for inspiring young minds
- Solid knowledge and understanding of STEM subjects, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages




- Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in developing and delivering engaging lesson plans
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/education or STEM-related field degree, or IT relevant qualification
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
- If can speak or understand Chinese Mandarine is a plus
