Thrive Disability and Nursing Services in Ballarat, Victoria is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team for a recent participant. This ABN-subcontractor role involves overnight shifts 8pm–8am, with day, evening and weekend shifts possible as needed.

You will support daily living and personal care in the participant’s home, requiring Australian work rights, First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and other checks.
