CB Energy is on the lookout for experienced Excavator Operators to join our team on sites across South East Queensland.

This is a permanent role with genuine job security — steady, ongoing work, a competitive pay rate, and a fully maintained late model company vehicle included. You'll be working on late model, well-maintained machines, with real variety across subdivision and main road projects.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday day shift, with regular overtime and opportunities to pick up Saturdays and night shift if you want it.

What you'll need:

- Experience in the civil industry
- Machine ticket or Verification of Competency
- Minimum MR truck licence
- Proven experience operating excavators and skid steers




- Subdivision or main road experience preferred
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong safety mindset, especially working around live services

What you'll be doing:

- Operating on subdivision and main road projects
- Daily pre-starts and preventative maintenance on your machine
- Delivering quality, productive work within safety standards
- Driving your company vehicle to and from site
