We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Facility Manager to lead our team providing services to around 88 residents.

As Facility Manager, you will nurture a culture of compassion and accountability, ensuring our residents experience dignity, choice and a high quality of life. You will empower teams to deliver exceptional care while fostering an environment where people feel connected, supported and proud of the difference they make.

About You

You are an experienced aged care leader who combines clinical insight, business acumen and a genuine passion for supporting older Australians.

You will bring:

Demonstrated operational leadership experience within residential aged care including management capability across people, clinical, financial and service delivery functions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Management or a related discipline.

Lead a modern, well-resourced aged care home.
