Graduate Civil Engineer – Project Coordination & Steel Scheduling

Dandenong South, Melbourne VIC | Full-time A specialist piling contractor delivering piling and basement packages is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join its team in Dandenong South.

This varied role offers practical experience in project coordination and steel scheduling, working with project engineers, site teams, clients and consultants.

What you’ll do

- Review structural drawings, specifications and project documents
- Prepare and update reinforcement steel schedules for piling and basement works
- Coordinate project information, procurement and schedules
- Assist with project start-up, documentation and progress tracking
- Help monitor project costs, variations and deliverables
- Communicate with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams
- Attend project sites when required

About you

- A Civil Engineering degree




- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and drawings
- Explicit written and verbal communication
- Good organisation skills and a willingness to learn
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from the Dandenong South office
- A driver’s licence

Experience in construction, piling, steel scheduling or project coordination would be an advantage.

Employment details

- Salary guide: $75,000–$85,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
