About the Role:

We are seeking a Hair Transplant Technician to join our engaging, customer focused and tight knit team.

In this part time position you will play a pivotal role in delivering a positive patient experience throughout the hair transplant journey.

This role involves working with the Hair Transplant Coordinator, Practice Manager and Doctors to support patient enquiries and scheduling and treatment logistics to ensure patients are well-informed and supported before, during and after their procedure.

As the Hair Transplant Technician, you will:

- Assist with hair transplant procedures, including the retrieval, handling and implantation of hair follicles, while following appropriate infection control and clinical procedures
- Work under the direction of the Doctor and Hair Transplant Coordinator to support the safe and efficient delivery of hair transplant procedures.
- Provide a high level of patient care and support before, during and after procedures, ensuring patients are comfortable, informed and appropriately supported throughout their treatment journey
- Assist with coordinating hair transplant bookings and schedules, including doctor availability, room bookings and other patient requirements for the day of treatment
- Manage and respond to patient enquiries,



communications and follow-ups in collaboration with the Hair Transplant Coordinator, doctors and wider clinical team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Manager required actions within Zedmed and other clinic systems.
- Support the Hair Transplant Coordinator with training materials, technical information and educational initiatives relating to hair transplant services.
- Deliver consistently professional and confidential patient service, while complying with clinic policies, procedures and guidelines and contributing to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the clinic.

Please note that this is a part-time position, working two days per week. The specific working days will be agreed upon with the successful candidate during the recruitment process.
