Qualified Hairdresser or Confident Third-Year Apprentice | Flexible Hours | Saturdays Optional

We’re looking for a qualified hairdresser or a confident, capable third-year apprentice nearing completion to join our team at Alice’s Hair Artistry on the Central Coast.

We’re an established salon with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and a real focus on beautiful hair and looking after our clients. We love having a laugh, take pride in our work and value a team that supports each other.

What we offer

- No compulsory weekend work. Enjoy a Monday to Friday roster, or include Saturdays if they suit you.
- Flexible hours and working arrangements, with full-time or part-time options to discuss.
- Your birthday off, paid, when it falls on a day you’re normally rostered to work.
- Time off over Christmas. We usually close for around two weeks over Christmas and New Year so our team can enjoy a break. If you need hours during that period, we’re open to discussing arrangements.

About the role You’ll be looking after clients across colour, foils, balayage, cutting and styling.



We’re looking for someone confident working independently who also enjoys being part of a team and helping our apprentices develop their skills. There’s an opportunity to build a regular clientele and take on more responsibility as you settle into the salon.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing or a higher hairdressing qualification. Confident, capable third-year apprentices nearing completion are also encouraged to apply.
- Are confident in colour, cutting and styling.
- Give thoughtful consultations and genuinely care about the client experience.
- Are reliable, take initiative and contribute to the everyday running of the salon.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with clients and teammates.
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting apprentices.
