About the role
BOUM is a new hair, beauty and hospitality destination opening on High Street, Armadale. We're looking for talented, passionate stylists, blow wave specialists and apprentices to join our team. You'll deliver premium blowaves and styling in a brand-new premium salon environment, working alongside our hair, makeup and hospitality teams to create a seamless experience for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver premium blowaves and styling
- Provide event and occasion styling
- Create polished, long-lasting styles that clients love
- Provide strong consultation with clients
- Work closely with hair, makeup and hospitality teams
- For apprentices: assist stylists, develop technical skills and learn in a supportive workplace
About you
- Qualified hairdresser with salon experience in styling and/or blow waves, or an apprentice keen to learn
- Strong consultation skills and enjoy working with clients
- Take pride in the quality and finish of your work
- Have a good eye for current trends, techniques and styling
- Warm,
polished, skilled and reliable
- Work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Value exceptional service and the overall client experience
- Care about your craft and want to help build something new
