Sydney | Executive Leadership Opportunity

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the distribution function, setting the strategic direction for growth.
- Drive capital raising across HNW, UHNW, family offices and wholesale investor channels.
- Leverage an established network to originate current opportunities and deepen existing investor relationships.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute the broader distribution strategy.

About you:

- Proven experience in a senior distribution or leadership role within funds management or alternative investments.
- An established and active network across HNW, UHNW and family offices is essential.
- Demonstrated exposure to alternative asset classes and a strong understanding of sophisticated investor markets.
- A commercial track record of raising capital and building long-term investor relationships.




- The leadership capability to build, mentor and drive a high-performing distribution function.

Desired Skills and Experience Proven senior leadership experience in funds management, asset management or alternative investments. Established and active relationships across High-Net-Worth (HNW), Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW), family office and wholesale investor channels. This is essential.

Demonstrated track record of capital raising, investor acquisition and growing funds under management (FUM).
