Accor Melbourne is seeking a passionate and creative Full time Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality dishes that delight guests. You will lead a busy section, adapt to special requests, and contribute to menu design while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene.

You will supervise and coach kitchen staff, work across mornings, evenings and weekends, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to foster a positive team culture. This role offers growth within the Accor brand.
