What you’ll be doing

- Creating a warm, professional first impression for everyone visiting the branch.
- Answering and directing incoming calls.
- Managing emails, mail, and deliveries.
- Keeping the office well stocked, neat and organised.
- Helping schedule appointments and coordinate foot traffic.




- Assisting with resume creation to help job seekers put their best foot forward for work opportunities.
- Customer Service and administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
- Strong communicator, one who takes pride in their customer service approach.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good at juggling priorities in a team setting.
- Someone with full Australian working rights.
