In this mobile role, you will support clients at home and in the community, conducting functional assessments, ADL support, and capacity-building programs across diverse funding streams including NDIS, DVA, and private health.

Flexible full-time or part time hours are available Monday to Friday, with a supportive multidisciplinary team and opportunities for professional
