Zenith Executive Search in Melbourne’s southeast is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Officer to lead both functions. The role is split roughly 3 days HR and 2 days payroll, embedding in the business with real ownership of the employee lifecycle and payroll processes.
You’ll advise leaders on HR issues, manage recruitment and contracts, and run the fortnightly payroll for hourly staff, ensuring accurate EBAs and superannuation. In office with one WFH day weekly.
