Unity Hall Hotel on Darling Street Balmain is seeking a skilled Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards and support menu planning and costing.

The ideal candidate has relevant commercial cookery qualifications, experience in a busy pub or restaurant, robust teamwork and time management, and a commitment to food safety. Immediate start with 38 hours per week across evenings and weekends.
