We specialise in hand stretched sourdough pizza along with serving seasonal mediterranean inspired entree’s & desserts.

Role Description

We are currently seeking Chef De Partie applicants.

The role for Chef De Partie is a full-time, onsite position.

The Chef De Partie role oversees specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include collectively working together in a small team of kitchen staff, preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining food safety standards, collaboration with the Head Chef on menu ideas, and ensuring efficient workflow within the kitchen to meet operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

A trade-qualified Chef with at least 2 years in a culinary leadership role

Adaptable,



organised and professional with an eye for detail

Experience cooking both pizza and a la carte seasonal menu items

Strong leadership, communication skills and team building attributes

High standards in food quality, consistency and presentation

Experience and knowledge around hand stretching pizza, dough production and dough management

Ability to work in a busy open kitchen, be well presented and have secure food handling and hygiene standards
