Key responsibilities

- Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers
- Assist customers with product selections, recommendations, and general enquiries
- Create a positive and engaging shopping experience in a busy retail setting
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and product knowledge
- Share cooking ideas, recipe suggestions, and food preparation tips with customers and colleagues
- Promote products confidently by highlighting quality, freshness, and usage ideas
- Support food presentation and merchandising to maintain an attractive display
- Assist with packaging and preparation of customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across workstations and retail areas
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and stocked appropriately

About you





- Availability to work standard operating hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Friday. No weekends and no night shifts.
- Ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Commitment to regular attendance and the ability to work as part of a dependable team
- Ability to follow workplace policies, procedures, and directions from supervisors
- Positive attitude with willingness to support team members during busy periods
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a retail setting
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling stock and packaged products safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritise duties, and remain organised during busy periods
