We're seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to help craft exceptional food for both our restaurant service and special events.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing inspired, high-quality menus.

Prepare and plate dishes to a consistently high standard in a fast-paced environment.

Support daily kitchen operations, stock rotation and management.





Maintain rigorous Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.

Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at both the restaurant and events.

What we're looking for

Proven Chef de Partie experience and at least 2+ years in a professional kitchen.

Strong knife skills, attention to detail and a passion for premium food.

Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Ability to thrive in a rapid-moving, ever-changing environment.

Full right to work in Australia.

Fine dining or high-end catering experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Ongoing training and professional development.
