About the Role

We are a premier supplier of high-quality concrete and construction materials servicing civil, commercial, and residential projects across the Central Coast. We are seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Manager to manage key commercial accounts, execute local marketing strategies, and secure new business pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Growth: Secure material supply contracts with local builders, civil contractors, developers, and concreters.
- Account Management:



Act as the primary contact for trade clients, delivering accurate quotes and project follow-ups.
- Pipeline Management: Track regional development approvals to proactively hunt for heavy material supply contracts.

What We Are Looking For

- Industry Experience: 2+ years in business development or territory sales within construction materials, concrete, trade, or industrial sectors.
- Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Central Coast building market and geography.
- Licence: A clean, valid Australian Driver's Licence (essential for daily site visits).
