About the Role





This role requires a candidate who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service with every customer interaction.

Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and engagement.

- Maximise motorcycle sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Respond to all sales enquiries including phone, online, and walk-ins with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, new models, and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
