Social Media Executive

Influential is an end‑to‑end Social & Influencer agency that brings deep social‑media expertise. As a Social Media Executive, you will support influencer campaigns, social media channels, community management, social reporting, and provide social insights.

Responsibilities

- Create and nurture social communities, driving engagement and growth.
- Develop and implement influencer and social media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor and manage conversations, user‑generated comments, and escalating relevant matters.
- Maintain content calendars and copywriting across social content.
- Utilise social analytics tools and campaign reporting to provide insightful recommendations.
- Track and analyze performance of influencer and social media initiatives.

Qualifications

- At least 12 months experience managing a client’s social media presence or running influencer campaigns.
- Proven expertise in various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Strong passion for keeping up with culture and the Australian influencer landscape.
- Prior agency experience is highly desirable.

Location & Working Hours

Full‑time permanent role within the Melbourne office. Hybrid work model with required attendance for planned shoot and production days.

Salary & Total Compensation

Annual base salary AUD 90,000 to 105,000, plus superannuation.
