We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join us and help shape the educational culture of our newest centre from the very beginning.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join us and help shape the educational culture of our newest centre from the very beginning.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Centre Director and Educators to establish high-quality educational practices, learning environments and a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

As Educational Leader, you will:

- Lead and support high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Mentor Educators in programming, documentation and reflective practice
- Support engaging,



child-led learning environments
- Champion critical reflection and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and leadership team
- Build strong relationships with children, families and Educators
- Help establish a positive and consistent educational culture across our new service

We’re looking for someone who will work alongside the team, lead by example and bring Educators on the journey with them.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an approved higher qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Experience in programming, curriculum development and reflective practice
- Experience mentoring and supporting Educators
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for play-based, child-led learning
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Current Child Protection training
