About the role

Become a Supervisor at FISH AT THE ROCKS', a premier seafood restaurant located in the vibrant Millers Point NSW 2000 area. This casual, long term position will see you playing a key role in leading and supervising our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for all our guests.

What you'll be doing

- Taking orders accurately, managing sections confidently during busy service
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained by the waiting staff at all times
- Assisting in the coordination of table reservations, seating arrangements and handling of customer inquiries
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal delivery
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of front-of-house supplies
- Open and Closing the venue with financials and reporting on designated Supervisor Shift
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhering to all health, safety and compliance regulations within the restaurant

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
