Alchemy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join a mining operation based in Mount Isa. About the role:
In this role, you’ll report to the Health & Injury Management Superintendent and work closely with site-based operational and support teams. You will:
- Provide expert guidance on workplace injury, rehabilitation, and proactive health initiatives
- Support and manage return-to-work programs in compliance with QLD legislation
- Liaise with allied health professionals and medical providers to ensure coordinated care
- Develop and implement workplace health strategies to reduce risk and improve outcomes
- Drive early intervention and health promotion efforts across the workforce

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management or occupational health
- Allied health background (e.g. Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Exercise Physiologist)
- Solid knowledge of QLD Workers Compensation Legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external health providers
