We are a well-regarded family-owned agricultural machinery business, looking for qualified heavy diesel and /or auto diesel technicians to join our team. Whether you are well into your career or are two or three years out of your apprenticeship, or you have recently completed your trade with a strong record behind you, we want to hear from you.

Our Loxton branch continues to build on its strong start 5 years ago, it services a diverse customer base, operates out of a high-quality premises and has built excellent relationships with our customers, suppliers and other WSB Branches

You will work alongside experienced technicians across a broad range of AGCO tractors, hay and harvest products, Krone balers and Manitou telehandlers. Previous experience with these brands would be great but not essential. What matters is that you have the skills and the mindset to learn, and we will give you everything you need to get there.

What your days will look like

Your work will be varied and hands-on. No two days are the same, which keeps things interesting and keeps your skills sharp.

- Diagnose and repair AGCO tractors, hay and harvest equipment, seeders, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers.
- Work both in-branch and at customer sites, trusted to manage jobs independently.
- Build genuine relationships with our customers — you are the face of WSB in the field.
- Collaborate with your team, share what you know, and keep learning from those around you and sharing your experience with others
- Take ownership of your work and contribute to the high standard of service our customers rely on.
