About the role

Run the workshop day to day: job allocation, workflow, turnaround and quality. Lead, coach and hold the crew to standard — including mentoring apprentices. Own workshop safety: pre-starts, procedures, housekeeping and compliance. Be the technical go-to for diagnosis and tough fault-finding — still on the tools when it counts. Work with customers and the office on job scope, timeframes and parts. Keep job cards, service records and paperwork accurate and on time.
