About the role

Flexihire is seeking a Hire Controller / Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Rocklea, QLD. This is a full time position that sits at the heart of our business operations, bridging the gap between our customers and our hiring services. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service whilst managing the administration of hire requests and customer interactions.

What you'll be doing

- Processing and managing hire requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to hire transactions and customer communications
- Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth hire operations and resolve customer queries
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, invoicing support and data entry
- Updating and maintaining customer databases and CRM systems
- Supporting the sales team with client information and administrative support as required
- Contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance customer experience
