Supervisor opportunity supporting HME Collision Avoidance System conversions within a major mining operation Your recent company Our client is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join a project team within a major mining operation. This opportunity will suit a strong maintenance-focused supervisor with previous experience working in large-scale mining environments. The project involves Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Collision Avoidance System (CAS) conversions, with flexibility for candidates to DIDO or FIFO from Brisbane.

Your new role In this role, you will provide frontline supervision and support the successful delivery of HME Collision Avoidance System conversions.

Your responsibilities will include

Supervising day-to-day project activities across the HME conversion program

Coordinating personnel and maintenance activities to support project delivery

Overseeing work to ensure activities are completed safely and efficiently

Supporting the planning and execution of HME modification and conversion works

Monitoring progress and assisting with the achievement of project requirements

Working closely with site stakeholders, maintenance personnel and project teams

Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and site procedures

What you'll need to succeed





Previous experience in a Supervisor or similar leadership position within mining

Strong maintenance experience, ideally involving Heavy Mobile Equipment

Experience within site-based maintenance or project environments

Strong safety focus and proven ability to effectively coordinate a team

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Collision Avoidance System experience is advantageous but not essential

Current S11 and CBM
