At Poppy's, you're never just a name on a roster.

You'll have an experienced, friendly office team just a phone call away, a Senior Care Partner to support you with day-to-day matters and a dedicated Clinical Care Manager for clinical guidance.

Our hands-on owners genuinely care about their team and believe everyone deserves to feel listened to, appreciated and supported.

What you'll do

You'll support older Australians in their own homes with:

- Personal care and everyday routines.
- Domestic assistance and light housekeeping.
- Social support, companionship and community outings.
- Transport to appointments and activities.
- Encouraging independence, dignity and choice.





Who we're looking for We're particularly looking for experienced home care workers who understand the needs of older Australians and take genuine pride in delivering high-quality care in their own homes.

We value people who understand that excellent care is about more than completing tasks — it's about building relationships, respecting individual choices and making a real difference to someone's day.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or an equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential for experienced applicants.

Essential requirements To join the Poppy's team, you must have:

- A current, valid driver's licence.
- Your own reliable, registered and appropriately insured vehicle.
- A smartphone for rosters and communication.
- A current National Police Check (NPC), issued within the last six months.
