Campbell Point House is one of Victoria's most exclusive luxury country estates, offering boutique accommodation across eight beautifully appointed suites, alongside luxury weddings, private events, high teas and photoshoots.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Housekeeper who takes exceptional pride in presentation and attention to detail. This is a varied role offering the prospect to work across luxury accommodation, events and guest experiences within a unique estate setting.

About the Role

As Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the estate's accommodation and guest spaces to the highest standards, ensuring every guest experiences the level of excellence Campbell Point House is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparation and servicing of our eight luxury guest suites
- Maintaining impeccable presentation standards throughout the estate
- Linen, guest amenity and housekeeping inventory management
- Ordering and maintaining housekeeping supplies
- Ensuring all guest areas are clean, organised and beautifully presented
- Assisting with the setup and pack down of weddings, high teas and special events
- Supporting food and beverage service during events when required




- Delivering exceptional guest service and responding promptly to guest requests
- Working closely with the management team to ensure seamless operations

About You The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 3-5 years' housekeeping experience within hotels, luxury accommodation or resorts
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying hours when required
- Previous hospitality, accommodation or events experience will be highly regarded
