We're looking for enthusiastic team members to join us Basin Cafe. If you are passionate about delivering high quality coffee, outstanding customer experiences and enjoy being part of the team, this could be the position for you. Casual position with transition to permanent available.

Basin cafe is a part of the Boat Harbour Motel Wollongong

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee & other hot & cold beverages

Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment

Work on the coffee machine & on the floor as FOH staff

Experience with open / close procedures

About you

Previous experience in a similar role

Previous specialty coffee experience / barista experience

Confident making a great range of coffees,



including other specialty hot & cold beverages

Skilled and versatile both on the coffee machine & on the floor

Dependable, punctual and driven by a positive attitude

Confident with excellent communication skills

Availability across weekdays and weekends (rotating roster)
