About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will:

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Accurately document repair orders and define work scope
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service options
- Manage bookings and liaise with technicians and service department
- Prepare quotes, process payments, and handle warranty claims
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional services and value-added solutions.




- Managing customer expectations and resolving queries with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in automotive, transport or a service-based environment is preferred, but not essential
- Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
- Confidence managing customer expectations and coordinating multiple jobs
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives on finding solutions
- A calm, practical approach in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to the team
