We’re looking for a Store Manager to take the reins of a Belrose showroom, lead from the floor and create a high-performing sales environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the sales side of leadership, building customer relationships, closing opportunities, motivating a small team and taking ownership of the showroom’s performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Take ownership of daily showroom performance and sales results
- Lead, motivate and support a small team
- Drive your own sales while setting the standard for the team
- Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through considered purchases
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs and individual performance
- Keep the team focused on follow‑up and converting opportunities
- Manage rosters and day‑to‑day showroom operations
- Maintain a polished, customer‑ready showroom environment
- Support recruitment and onboarding as the team grows
- Lead by example and step in wherever needed

What You’ll Bring

- Previous furniture retail or showroom sales experience
- Store Management or senior sales experience
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to influence a small team
- A hands‑on, energetic approach to retail
- Solid customer service and relationship‑building skills
- A genuine drive to sell and achieve results

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy to the Ksubi brand and knows what it takes to build a high‑performing store. You’ll lead from the front, develop and motivate your team, drive robust commercial results,



and create a store experience that brings Ksubi to life for our customers.

What You’ll Do

- Manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximise profitability
- Review sales and stock sell through reports, analyse what has impacted your store results and work closely with our Head Office team
- Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results
- Mentor and coach your team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment
- Manage the team’s workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting
- Drive the retention, recruitment, and training of all store staff
- Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of retail leadership experience
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
- The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
- Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
- A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management and shrink
- Strong apparel experience
