icare is seeking a Client Advisor in CTP Care to support people with significant injuries, coordinating treatment and care to achieve recovery goals. You will review medical and claims information, identify when intervention or support is needed, and decide on reasonable and necessary care within legislative delegations.

You will collaborate with clients, health professionals, insurers and internal specialists to coordinate services and ensure quality, person-centred outcomes.
