We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmaceutical Division based in Chirnside Park.

This is a key role within our Melbourne business, providing exceptional service and support to our customers while working closely with sales, production, and internal stakeholders. You'll play an important part in ensuring customer requirements are managed accurately and efficiently from order entry through to production.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmaceutical Division based in Chirnside Park.

This is a key role within our Melbourne business, providing exceptional service and support to our customers while working closely with sales, production, and internal stakeholders. You'll play an important part in ensuring customer requirements are managed accurately and efficiently from order entry through to production.

What you'll be doing

- Raise and maintain technical job bags and sales orders.
- Confirm orders and specifications with customers.
- Liaise with customers regarding scheduling, artwork, and job requirements.
- Coordinate with production and attend production planning meetings.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication.




- Support the Sales and Customer Service teams, as well as other internal departments.
- Ensure customer information and job details are processed accurately and on time.
- Assist with general administration and other duties as required.

What we're looking for

- Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience within the printing, packaging, or label manufacturing industry. (desired, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Robust organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
- Good computer literacy and numerical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine willingness to learn and develop.
- An understanding of technical printing processes and production requirements.
